About the Role: Training Operations Manager

The Training Operations Manager position requires a solid background in supervisory roles, specifically with 3-6 years of experience in leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective training initiatives and curriculum design.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement training for ongoing operations and new initiatives.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and associated training assessment tools.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, fostering teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to drive results through knowledge, empathy, and dedication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government and industry standards to inform program direction.
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in public sector healthcare, particularly in Medicaid and/or CHIP.
Responsibilities:
  • Compile and deliver training reports to the operations team.
  • Support and oversee the development and implementation of the Learning Management Tool.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups from trainers with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor trainers to ensure they meet their daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Conduct timely and consistent employee performance evaluations.
  • Assess and track team performance daily, ensuring compliance with contract obligations, corporate standards, accuracy, timeliness, program knowledge, flexibility, and customer service excellence.
