Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Event Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Mystic Yachting Center. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of banquet events by collaborating with a skilled team of foodservice professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in food preparation activities.
  • Training and guiding team members in all service aspects, including food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Coordinating the setup and breakdown of events as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to food handling, safety, and sanitation.
  • Performing additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
