Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Event Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Mystic Yachting Center. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of banquet events by collaborating with a skilled team of foodservice professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in food preparation activities.
- Training and guiding team members in all service aspects, including food preparation and safety protocols.
- Coordinating the setup and breakdown of events as required.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to food handling, safety, and sanitation.
- Performing additional tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation: Up to $30/hour based on experience. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, a referral program, and opportunities for professional growth.
