Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Linsco Affiliation will spearhead the strategic planning and implementation of LPL's Linsco affiliation framework, which encompasses program development, evolution, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a strong customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering an exceptional advisor experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to create awareness campaigns that drive substantial business growth.
- Oversee the profitability of the business line through diligent P&L reporting and management of critical model elements, including pricing strategy and experience design.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to prospective and existing clients regarding LPL's unique offerings through consultation and analysis.
- Foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal partners to innovate solutions that enhance the advisor experience, ensuring accountability for milestones and outcomes.
- Adapt quickly based on feedback from customers, partners, and prospects, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to refine the program effectively.
- Utilize market data to pinpoint opportunities, influence capability development, and guide marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough competitive assessments to identify key areas for advantage.
- Monitor and analyze emerging industry trends and developments to inform the company's strategic direction.
- Leverage data to track key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Actively support community-building initiatives among both advisor and employee groups.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing high-performing teams within the independent wealth management sector, with a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of W2 advisors.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $212,000 to $353,000. Actual base salary will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, and geographic location. LPL offers a highly competitive Total Rewards package designed to support your success at work and in life.
