Role Responsibilities

Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit plays a crucial role in addressing our clients' technical program management requirements. Due to significant growth, we are expanding our team to support leading technology firms. We are looking for skilled Technical Project Managers (TPMs) at the consultant level and above, who have a proven track record in client-facing roles across various disciplines, including:

  • Compliance and Legal Technology Solutions
  • Data Science / AI / GenAI Implementation
  • Process Optimization
  • SQL and Reporting Tools
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies
  • Fintech / Payments
  • Product/Application Development
  • Quality Assurance and Code Reviews

  • Requirements Authoring (Business/Functional/Technical)

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering client services as part of an on-site or remote project team
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Engaging with stakeholders effectively
  • Collaborating with internal and client project teams, contributing to communication and readiness activities
  • Providing regular updates on project status, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall health
  • Maintaining project documentation and information repositories
  • Contributing to the creation of high-quality deliverables
  • Conducting research and business analysis
  • Assisting in the preparation of client proposals
  • Supporting practice development and thought leadership initiatives
Consulting Skills
  • Delivering client services as part of a project team

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting
  • Experience in implementing AI/GenAI solutions

  • Working with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions
  • Defining product roadmaps and metrics
  • Building relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assessing integration needs for new builds or third-party software
  • Identifying and managing project risks
  • Handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Staying updated on technology trends and building expertise
  • Communicating effectively to manage team programs

  • $116-119K + Annual Discretionary Bonus
