Your Team
The marketing division is a lively and creative group, brimming with fresh ideas and enthusiasm for crafting campaigns that challenge the norm. In this pivotal role, you will initially manage one direct report, collaborating to drive our marketing initiatives in the US.

This position is crucial for delivering insights, strategic planning, and localized expertise as we enhance our successful presence in the US market. You will work closely with our teams in the UK to ensure our marketing strategies are imaginative, aligned with our brand identity, and tailored to the US consumer.

Your Responsibilities
As the US Marketing Lead, you will oversee the expansion of our brand marketing from our LA office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the UK marketing team to implement the US strategy.
  • Identifying and fostering brand partnerships that can enhance our reach.
  • Building relationships with local talent to create opportunities for US-specific campaigns.
  • Ensuring our brand is featured prominently at key events throughout the year.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for the UK team regarding US marketing efforts.
  • Aligning US marketing plans with the overarching global strategy.

What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will provide strategic recommendations to senior management on effective customer acquisition methods in the US. You will:

  • Deliver regular market insights to the Head of Marketing and the broader team.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to explore new platforms for engaging our target demographic.
  • Communicate weekly progress and ensure follow-through on initiatives.
  • Manage the US marketing team, including performance reviews and KPI setting.
  • Support all US events and marketing activations.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment with a proven track record in coordinating comprehensive marketing activities.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
  • Strategic experience in a digital B2C or agency setting, preferably with a notable brand.
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing marketing ROI.
