Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At Stars Behavioral Health Group, we're committed to making a positive impact in mental healthcare. As our Human Resources Manager, you'll play a key role in fostering a culture that values respect, dignity, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional-level HR support and oversight of employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, onboarding, termination processing, employee relations, workers' compensation, HRIS, compensation, and ensuring workplace compliance with HR laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with top executives on strategic planning initiatives and work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, HR Generalist, Assistant, and Onboarding Assistants.
  • Act as a vital bridge between management and employees, ensuring effective communication and fostering harmonious working relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus three (3) years of experience in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Supervisory experience highly desirable.
  • Previous experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employee relations required.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems required.
  • Experience in healthcare or social services preferred.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
