Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department at Summit Lending. Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates who align with our company values
* Develop and implement human resources programs, including benefits, compensation, and training
* Serve as a bridge between employees and managers, providing guidance on key issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Contribute to strategic planning, business administration, and budget development

Requirements

* 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related field
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in business management, HR management, or a related major
* Professional certification from the SHRM or a similar organization
