Human Resources Generalist

MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR services. The successful candidate will apply practical and pragmatic HR practices and solutions across a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site leadership and management to support the organization's goals and strategy related to all Human Capital Initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance for employee relations, and career development.
- Support, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resources, compliance and strategy needs.
- Administer human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Support staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) management system.
- Support and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations specific to California.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years post graduate HR experience required.
- Manufacturing and or Semi-Conductor Experience preferred.
