About the Role:

MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR services. The successful candidate will apply practical and pragmatic HR practices and solutions across a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance for employee relations, and career development.
  • Supports, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resources, compliance and strategy needs.
  • Supports staffing and recruiting needs; Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) management system.
  • Supports and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years post graduate HR experience required.
