Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client seeking a Human Resource Director. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as the ability to help cultivate a high-performing organization. The Human Resource Director plays a critical part in shaping the company's culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct background and reference checks for potential employees.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions on various topics like compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Create and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, fostering open communication and respect within the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws at local, multistate, and federal levels.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources required; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 + years of experience in HR management in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven track record in multiple HR disciplines.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
