Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Homeless Services Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients, including engaging with them, referring them to services as needed, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also be working closely with our case managers to provide seamless client engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required;
- Previous customer service experience preferred;
- Must have a general understanding of the programs offered within SMOC;
- Must have an understanding of addiction and recovery and be comfortable working with homeless/low-income population;
- Basic knowledge of computers including the internet and MS Office;
- Proven effective verbal & written communication skills;
- Flexibility is a must.
