Service Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team at Sciens Building Solutions. This individual will be responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls, ensuring timely service delivery while maintaining zero backlogs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for routine maintenance and emergency services.
- Field customer inquiries, analyze issues, and determine best course of action.
- Generate and process work orders, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
- Update and maintain customer information in all databases.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective customer service.
- Provide accurate information to Accounting for one-day billing processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to five years of experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
