Job Summary:
The Residential Counselor position at Community Teamwork offers an excellent opportunity to enter the human service field and receive comprehensive training and professional development. You will work closely with our team to provide support and structure to guests, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes of participants, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, enforcing rules and regulations as needed.
- Respond to emergency situations effectively, communicating with supervisors and other staff as required.
- Provide support and guidance to guests, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Participate in meetings and trainings, staying up-to-date on best practices and policies.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of community resources and services for low-income individuals and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer software and data collection systems.
- Strong crisis management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Haitian-Creole, English/Khmer, English/Portuguese) preferred.

Compensation: $20.59-$25.59 per hour, plus a $3.00 shift differential for 3rd shift.
