Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office access for visitors, vendors, and new team members.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of all kitchen and breakroom areas; manage restocking and ordering of snacks, beverages, and supplies as necessary.
  • Assist with onsite event coordination as required.
  • Manage site support to address any maintenance requests and office access inquiries.
  • Handle mail, shipping requirements, and incoming packages efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with sensitive data and confidential document regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Regular presence in the Denver office is essential.
  • Ability to conduct ongoing environmental safety checks and address site-based safety issues according to best practices.
  • Proficient in online ordering, spreadsheet management, calendar organization, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude towards team members and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office administration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GSuite applications is a plus.
