Operations Coordinator at D.H. Pace Company, Inc.
D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is essential for managing field personnel and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Previous experience in scheduling or dispatching is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for various service locations
- Oversee the submission and processing of job details
- Analyze and manage departmental reports
- Assist with invoicing and service estimates
- Provide support for technical troubleshooting and mechanical issues
- Create work orders and oversee inventory management
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in dispatch or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor and representation of the organization
