Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to employees, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Reception Duties: Greet guests, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or resource.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage office supplies, including ordering and stocking.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office, including HVAC, fire alarm, and parking garage access systems.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and events, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a receptionist, corporate administrative, or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Work Environment: This is an in-office full-time role with a Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-1:30pm schedule.
