The Position

As a Customer Success Manager at Tandem, you will oversee and cultivate customer relationships throughout their journey with our solutions.

Our clientele includes hospitals and health systems that depend on our risk assessment software to enhance patient care.

In this capacity, you will ensure that clients are fully realizing the benefits of Tandem's offerings, fostering satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

You will also contribute significantly to the strategic design of customer success initiatives, ensuring our processes and programs are scalable, effective, and aligned with client needs.

Your role will involve engaging with both clinical and business leaders within healthcare organizations, understanding their unique challenges in the realm of health risk assessment and management.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Oversee the primary client relationship, typically involving leaders such as the Oncology Service Line Director or the Director of Cancer Services within Tandem accounts.
Act as the central coordinator, liaising with clinical, operational, technical, and marketing teams on behalf of the client.
Be accountable for delivering business value by collaborating with implementation managers, product specialists, and other team members assigned to client accounts.
Performance Reviews
Conduct regular performance reviews with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations to assess progress, address concerns, and align on future objectives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for these reviews, focusing on key metrics and areas for enhancement, particularly in health risk assessment.
Work with clients to create and monitor success plans that align with their strategic healthcare goals.
Program Development
Design and implement scalable customer success programs tailored to the diverse needs of our healthcare clients.
Create and refine customer journey maps, identifying critical engagement points to enhance the overall experience with Tandem's software.
Develop effective onboarding, training, and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer success objectives in clinical settings.
Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of customer success programs, utilizing data and feedback for ongoing improvements.
Onboarding and Implementation
Collaborate closely with implementation managers to guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of Tandem's software into their clinical workflows.
Monitor client progress during onboarding, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
Retention and Growth
Track client health and proactively mitigate risks to retention and satisfaction, especially in high-stakes healthcare environments.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working alongside the sales team to deliver additional value to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty, focusing on long-term success in healthcare.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze client data and usage trends to uncover insights, opportunities, and potential risks in health risk management.
Provide regular updates on client health, satisfaction, and success metrics to internal stakeholders.
Utilize data to inform decisions and strategies aimed at improving client outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Genetics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Proven experience in designing and executing customer success programs.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clinical and business leaders in healthcare.
Experience conducting performance reviews and presenting to executive stakeholders.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Jira is preferred.
Data-driven approach with the capability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
