About the Role:
As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the auditing process, ensuring precision, automation, and ongoing enhancement to fulfill clients' key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily auditing operations for clients.
  • Proactively identify enhancements that can be made to internal applications to facilitate automation in the auditing process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to provide essential feedback on the auditing process and propose improvements.
  • Analyze freight cost data, identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing, and liaise with carriers to resolve systemic issues.
  • Assist customers by managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions related to billing and payment transactions.
  • Adopt the perspective of our clients in all actions, anticipating their needs and responding promptly.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
  • Entry-level experience with a willingness to acquire new skills; prior experience in operations, customer service, or account management within the logistics or transportation sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to gather data, analyze results, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong passion for technology and data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
