This team will be complemented by individuals who can effectively deliver these solutions to our clients and assist them in achieving success.

Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Source, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients—the growers—thrive with our solutions.

Your contributions will directly influence their core operations, and thus our clients seek someone they can trust, who comprehends their challenges, and possesses relevant expertise.

You will also represent your clients within our organization, collaborating with our Product teams to ensure our solutions align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to the global accessibility and affordability of fresh produce by partnering with growers;
- Guiding growers on their path to success with our solutions;
- Collaborating closely with users to educate them on maximizing the value of our offerings;
- Identifying opportunities for additional value for our growers and partnering with Sales to cross-sell complementary solutions;
- Working alongside growers and internal teams to enhance our solutions continuously.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role (customer success, account management, business development, sales);
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B technology (SaaS) environment;
- Strong interest in horticulture or agriculture;
- Ability to identify and leverage commercial opportunities among your clients, coordinating with your sales counterpart;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to support your actions and decisions;
- A proactive, customer-centric approach that allows you to foresee issues and ensure an exceptional customer experience;
- Active listening skills;
- A valid driver's license for the United States;
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
