The Role:

We are looking for Customer Success Associates (CSA) who will focus on education and create outstanding content to foster and sustain relationships with our clients. CSAs utilize their interpersonal skills and financial expertise to assist clients in maximizing their use of YCharts. Additionally, CSAs collaborate across departments to ensure effective client support and management.

This position will involve working with teams from Accounting, Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries related to the YCharts product or their accounts through various communication channels.
  • Assist with troubleshooting data or technical issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Act as a client advocate for our product management team.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to proactively promote product adoption and education during onboarding and re-engagement.
  • Work with Marketing to develop educational content tailored for different customer segments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a support or account management role within the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and investment vehicles such as Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
  • A genuine interest and curiosity in the financial markets.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $55,000 annually.
  • This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and team performance as well as company success.
