Role Overview:
We are looking for Customer Success Associates (CSA) who will play a crucial role in educating clients and creating outstanding content to foster and sustain relationships. CSAs utilize their interpersonal abilities and financial acumen to assist clients in maximizing their use of YCharts. Furthermore, CSAs collaborate across various departments to ensure optimal client support and management.
This position involves working closely with teams in Accounting, Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to the YCharts product or their accounts through multiple communication channels.
- Assist in troubleshooting data or technical issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Act as a client advocate to our product management team.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to proactively enhance product adoption and education during onboarding and re-engagement.
- Work with Marketing to develop educational content tailored for various customer segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in a support or account management capacity within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with financial statements and investment vehicles such as Equities, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
- A genuine interest and curiosity in the financial markets.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually.
- This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and team performance as well as company success.
