Overview:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Client Success Specialists to enhance our expanding teams nationwide. Wolters Kluwer stands as a premier provider of professional information, software solutions, and services across various sectors including legal, finance, and compliance.

Role Summary:
In this position, you will engage with and oversee daily interactions with our clientele, which includes Corporations, Law Firms, and Small Enterprises, to deliver essential legal and compliance services. This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire professional experience, delve into a new industry, and embark on a career path within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional assistance to our clients through both verbal and written communication.
  • Deliver consultative support to identify client objectives, compliance hurdles, and business requirements, leveraging product and industry expertise to offer solutions and initiate crucial orders.
  • Proactively oversee the entire order lifecycle and identify cross-selling opportunities to fulfill our clients' needs.
  • Effectively manage, organize, and prioritize a high volume of requests using internal systems to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
  • Handle customer accounts and escalations, collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve inquiries.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Aim to become a subject matter expert within the department, company, and industry while demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in B2B client service.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service, preferably in consultative roles within banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal sectors.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb product knowledge and apply it to meet client needs.
  • Ability to make informed business decisions and exercise sound judgment.
  • Experience in generating additional sales revenue is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
