About The Role:
We are in search of a proactive individual to assume the position of Manager, Product Marketing - Beauty & Wellness at goop. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence the marketing and strategic direction of our beauty and wellness products. Reporting directly to the VP - Category Lead, Beauty & Wellness, your responsibilities will encompass supporting product launches, achieving revenue objectives, and adhering to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver category insights and strategic recommendations by leveraging consumer and market analytics.
- Facilitate global product launches, focusing on pricing and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market analysis to assess size and scope for new products and reformulations.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and optimizing return on investment.
- Identify and manage partnership opportunities across different channels and oversee product portfolios.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the beauty and wellness sector.
- Familiarity with clean beauty products is preferred.
- Strong grasp of consumer behavior trends in the beauty industry.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizational levels.
- Experience in product development and design processes is essential.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 + Equity.
