Career Opportunity: Business Process Architect

Location: Remote

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between $76,000 and $115,216.61 annually, with a target hiring salary between $88,000 and $95,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience and other relevant factors.

Position Overview: The Business Process Architect is essential in enhancing operational efficiency and boosting member satisfaction at The Ladders by evaluating, designing, and refining business processes while reinforcing the Business Process Management (BPM) Program. As a vital member of the BPM team, the Business Process Architect will collaborate with various departments to pinpoint member-focused improvement opportunities, create process models and documentation, and implement best practices.

Process Architecture, Design, and Enhancement
  • Develop and sustain an enterprise process map architecture that aligns with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Lead sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
  • Employ data-driven methodologies to propose process improvements that resonate with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Produce comprehensive process maps, procedures, and documentation that serve as the foundation for process implementation and enhancement.
Governance and Reinforcement
  • Implement process governance frameworks that guarantee consistency, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Establish and enforce process standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support and empower the BPM Councils in their role of providing enterprise-wide coordination and oversight of all process management activities.
Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Guide process owners in developing communication and change management strategies for process modifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to foster understanding and acceptance of process changes and the BPM program.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering expertise and guidance on process architecture and enhancement.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
  • Assist process owners in defining key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business processes.
  • Develop and present reports and dashboards to leadership, showcasing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct post-implementation assessments to evaluate the impact of process changes and identify further enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement or a related role within the financial services sector.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
