TikTok Brand Partnership Account Lead

The Brand Partnership Account Lead will be responsible for developing growth strategies for top-tier global brands and agencies. This role will own and nurture C-level and senior brand-side relationships, and partner with TikTok global commerce regional Account Leads to drive sales together.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with top-listed global fashion portfolio brands;
- Build and shape the vision, brand mapping, global strategy, approach, coordination, solutions planning, and success metrics;
- Produce KA-based, GMV-oriented solutions; participate in the process design and execution; support the implementation to ensure the completion of the objectives;
- Responsible for KA's seller experience, identifying areas of improvement in products and services based on data and user feedback; driving the optimization of products and services by building apt mechanisms and standard processes;
- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and internal counterparts to maximize client strategies, engender trust and ensure smooth landing of collaborative projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and above; 5 years work experience working in global brands, agencies, and/or eCommerce platform's key accounts solutions;
- Strong capabilities in relationship building; Able to produce effective presentations and influence clients;
- Have industry experience in Sports and/or Fashion;
- Willingness to travel abroad for business.
