Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Organic Growth team and develop strategies to expand existing client partnerships
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Account Management, and Creative teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Partner closely with the New Business team to ensure seamless transitions into the Organic Growth funnel
  • Develop and present proposals, scopes of work, and retention strategies to clients
  • Maintain primary relationships with 25+ outbound clients and provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to team members
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • eCommerce and D2C experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of paid media
  • Agency experience and Strategic Relationship Management skills are a plus
  • Strategic thinking, friendly demeanor, and a driven attitude are essential
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $150k-$170k, depending on experience
  • Overtime earnings potential: $250k, uncapped
