Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys assisting others. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for unit owners, providing essential support and guidance.
This position offers an opportunity to gain insights into property management, homeowners associations (HOAs), and accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from unit owners and residents.
- Resolve customer issues by analyzing account balances and payment details.
- Maintain accurate client accounts by updating relevant information.
- Manage a high volume of calls, directing inquiries to appropriate teams when necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced call center.
- Familiarity with accounting principles is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- A passion for learning and assisting others with software solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate customer concerns.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
