As a Customer Support Representative, you will work closely with the Customer Support Manager. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and self-assured individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with customers through phone and email to provide assistance and information regarding specific products or services.
  • Taking appropriate measures to address and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
  • Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of assigned products or services to respond to inquiries or escalate to the relevant personnel.
  • Managing correspondence and emails effectively.
  • Performing additional related tasks as required.
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) are a plus.

Qualifications (Skills/Abilities):

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Understanding of, or ability to acquire knowledge in, the specific products or services relevant to customer support.
Work Schedule:

Availability to work Monday through Friday is required.
