Job Overview

Under the supervision of the primary installer, the Construction Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting with various tasks as directed.

This position involves aiding in the fabrication and installation of kitchen cabinetry, as well as performing cabinet repairs and refinishing. Responsibilities also encompass construction demolition, accurate time tracking, returning surplus materials, and maintaining a tidy job site.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the job site is clean, tools are organized, and the site is secured at the end of each day.
  2. Support Installers or Lead Installers with fundamental tasks.
  3. Maintain organization within the workshop and storage containers.
  4. Perform routine maintenance on workshop vehicles and keep them clean.
  5. Accurately log time and tasks on a daily basis.
  6. Adhere to 100% safety standards across all job sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

No prior experience is necessary.

Must be physically capable of performing manual labor.

Ability to follow verbal instructions.

Must work effectively in a team environment.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required.

Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and/or Spanish (bilingual candidates are preferred).

Must be able to complete assigned tasks in the specified order.
