Bilingual Patient Appointment Specialist

Position Summary: As a Bilingual Patient Appointment Specialist at 5TH HQ LLC, you will play a crucial role in managing patient scheduling, facilitating effective communication between English and Spanish-speaking individuals, and providing essential administrative assistance to the healthcare team. Your contributions are vital for ensuring seamless office operations and delivering high-quality patient service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Oversee and organize patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations, ensuring that the scheduling system is accurately updated and efficiently utilized.
- Patient Interaction: Act as the main contact for patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in both English and Spanish.
- Patient Onboarding: Support patient check-in processes, confirm insurance details, update patient files, and ensure all required documentation is prepared prior to appointments.
- Reminder Notifications: Execute appointment reminder calls and send confirmation messages to minimize no-show occurrences and keep patients informed about their scheduled visits.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with team members to manage appointment slots, reschedule as needed, and enhance overall office workflow.
- Administrative Duties: Carry out general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and handling correspondence to aid in the daily operations of the office.
- Enhancing Patient Experience: Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information regarding office policies, procedures, and services to improve patient satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual Skills: Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
