- Manage communications through telephones or the Property Management System (PMS).

- Safeguard guests' valuables in hotel safes or secure storage.
- Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including account balancing and audits.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or relevant training is required.
- Familiarity with PMS systems is advantageous.
Work Environment:
- Work hours may vary, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and various movements such as bending and reaching.
