The Corporate Receptionist provides exceptional service to VIP visitors, creating a positive and memorable experience. This role involves escorting high-level visitors from the lobby to conference rooms, ensuring a seamless and professional interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Escort VIP visitors from the lobby to conference rooms, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Verify visitor identity and create personalized bios for each guest.
- Manage incoming VIP visitors, tracking their arrival and departure times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, utilizing the reservation system to maximize space utilization.
- Handle switchboard calls, direct calls, and manage message receipt and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Associates degree or equivalent professional experience in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in office technology and equipment, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
- Punctuality, dependability, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
- Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury retail environments.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and guide a team.
