Job Overview:
The IFab Corporation is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Visual Design Professional, you will be responsible for developing design concepts and materials that support the marketing and branding of our metal products.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the marketing and product teams to create high-quality visual content that communicates our value proposition to customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in designing marketing materials such as product brochures, catalogs, flyers, trade show displays, banners, and other print and digital assets. Additionally, you will create visual content for the company website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns, focusing on promoting our metal products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design various marketing materials, including product brochures, catalogs, flyers, trade show displays, banners, and other print and digital assets.
  • Create visual content for the company website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop packaging designs and labeling for metal products, ensuring clarity and consistency with branding guidelines.
  • Produce detailed technical diagrams, product renderings, and infographics that showcase the manufacturing process, product features, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create custom designs for product presentations, proposals, and client-specific marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand standards, reflecting our image as a professional, reliable leader in the metal manufacturing industry.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all design work, from concept through to final production.
  • Work with external vendors (e.g., printers, fabricators) to ensure the production of high-quality physical materials.
  • Stay current with design trends, software tools, and industry developments to continually enhance design practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles for both print and digital media, with experience creating technical diagrams or product designs.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually appealing designs.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, color management, and working with print vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, especially for technical and product-related designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
