Salary: $25.75 per hour based on a full-time schedule

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care and support services in our offices. As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class venipuncture services, performing extended scope duties, and maintaining high standards of in-office care. You will also assist with dispensary responsibilities, answer patient messages, and help our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • An active phlebotomy certification to practice in WA and at least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus).

This is a full-time role (40 hrs/week) with 8 hr shifts generally taking place between 8am-5pm based in Ballard, WA. Flex Lab Services Specialists lend support to multiple One Medical locations in a market and location and schedule are subject to change.
