Job Description

Golden Technology is seeking a skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and liaison services to clients wishing to integrate with MIL products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and liaison services to clients, ensuring seamless integration with MIL products.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve integration solutions.
  • Participate in integration and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Liaise with multiple clients as a point of contact, gathering business needs, timelines, and expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of MIL products, including API connectivity and usage.
  • Forge a bridge between the development team and operational teams to optimize integration solutions.
  • Gain expertise in API product suites, enabling confident communication with API users.
  • Provide first-line technical support for live clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication methods, and API tools like Postman.
  • Ability to multitask, provide hands-on input to problem-solving, and work in a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with Lean thinking and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Nice to have: experience working with QA systems, participation in audits, and working with standard operating systems.
