About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Western & Southern Life. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in institutional relationship management, with a deep understanding of the asset management business and ability to communicate complex issues effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buildding and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Developing and implementing customized relationship management plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborating with senior team members to address daily client issues and requests

Requirements:
