HVAC Business Development Manager

Mechanical Optimizers, LLC is seeking a results-driven HVAC Business Development Manager to lead our Install Sales Team and drive growth in our Install Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the HVAC industry, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience and 5+ years within our field.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the install sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with contacts during and after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Estimate mechanical projects.
- Review all proposals/quotes with Director of Install Operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and piping systems for design, estimating and sales.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, 9 paid holidays, car and cell phone allowance, laptop provided for company use, and company-paid apparel.
