We're changing the game in the semiconductor industry by making it easier for companies to create custom silicon. Our platform provides a streamlined path for turning ideas into physical silicon, offering free chip design, manufacturing, and packaging for select projects.

We're seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development to lead the growth of our ChipIgnite programs. As the strategic leader and first dedicated sales professional, you'll develop and execute the sales vision, drive new business, and lay the foundation for a high-performing sales organization.

This is a unique opportunity to build the sales function from scratch, shape our go-to-market strategy, and have a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, a proven track record in technology sales, and a passion for innovative and disruptive technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the ChipIgnite programs.
  2. Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments.
  3. Actively prospect, engage, and close new customers to drive initial revenue growth.
  4. Establish strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.
  5. Design and implement sales processes and tools to support effective sales execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor or related technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experience in strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
