As a pivotal member of our dynamic and collaborative GTM Operations team, the role of Regional Sales Operations Manager is designed to enhance and expand the operational capabilities within the Sales Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Regional Sales VPs in organizational structuring, strategic planning, and talent management.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to guide the business in executing operational strategies.
  • Implement the Regional plan and framework by developing customer segmentation, coverage models, role specifications, and territory designs.
  • Oversee weekly operational forecasting, pipeline management, and review processes.
  • Distribute quota and target allocations effectively.
  • Deliver insightful, actionable analytical reports to Sales Leaders, moving beyond mere descriptive analytics.
  • Lead key initiatives aimed at new customer acquisition, sales productivity, and the integration of sales and marketing operations. Manage a consistent forecasting schedule for the Region and its subdivisions.
  • Facilitate monthly pipeline assessments to ensure sufficient quota coverage and pipeline generation.
  • Drive business process improvements, workflow optimization, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Utilize essential sales process applications, including but not limited to SFDC, Appian, Xactly, Tableau, and others.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience; MBA preferred and may substitute for experience.
  • Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Finance.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, quoting, and forecasting tools.
  • Capability to engage with employees at all levels, from executives to staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong orientation towards customer service, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience in the Software/SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US Public Sector finance, particularly in DoD and State and Local government, is advantageous.
