This role operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and various stakeholders, participating in customer and supplier meetings as necessary.
  • Conduct research and share insights on potential clients, supplier activities, and project timelines in collaboration with local teams.
  • Assess opportunities, devise penetration strategies, and guide the Arrow team accordingly.
  • Identify potential strategic Global OEM customers for additional business opportunities beyond design transfers.
  • Concentrate on developing relationships with 2-3 targeted Global OEM customers.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for the transfer of relevant materials and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate and manage the quoting process for transfers.
  • Provide ongoing training to Arrow teams on managing global transfers effectively.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor strategies to ensure seamless transitions.
  • May oversee customer quoting activities in alignment with specific strategies, quoting protocols, and order management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in a professional environment, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven history of a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
