Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for selling new season ticket accounts, retaining existing ones, and generating group ticket sales.
Responsibilities- Maintain contact with renewed season ticket accounts and group accounts to provide superior service and retain them annually
- Build relationships with accounts through meet and greet sessions, seat visits, video campaigns, and calls
- Follow up on sales leads to sell new season ticket and group accounts
- Assign seat locations to new season ticket accounts and group accounts, secure and process payments
- Create and maintain customer information in a CRM system, including logging phone conversations and future actions
- Attend weekly sales meetings, providing input on creative sales ideas and feedback on previous week's successes and challenges
- 2+ years of experience in ticket sales
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
