We are seeking an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team at The Trade Hotel Milwaukee. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the hospitality industry.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional guest service experiences while utilizing our meeting and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making daily contact with potential customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and written correspondence
  • Coordinating all activities related to meeting facilities usage
  • Providing current and accurate information to all inquiries regarding the facilities
  • Providing site tours to potential clients and visitors
  • Maintaining proper records of all sales calls and business activities
  • Creating, reviewing, and distributing banquet event orders and agreements with detailed information about each event's specifications

  • Related college degree or relevant work experience

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
