About Manta Resources

Manta Resources is a large distributor of HVAC, commercial, and residential brands seeking a Territory Manager or Sales Engineer in Greater Milwaukee. As a member of our team, you will interface with existing customers to increase sales of products and services by developing business with key or named accounts.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, minimum five years of experience, and a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building. They will be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in making product selections based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Negotiating prices, terms of sale, and service agreements.
  • Ensuring high post-sales satisfaction by facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
  • Setting account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
  • Hosting product and regulatory training events to the customer base.
  • Traveling within the region as needs/events arise and with some form of routine.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of five years).
  • Requires expert abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction are key.
  • Requires substantial industry and product knowledge (HVAC or Plumbing - Commercial).
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

Compensation:

  • Draw vs future commissions (up to $160,000/year)
