Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Landscape Account Manager to join our esteemed client in Milwaukee, WI. This role is essential in nurturing client relationships and driving growth within our thriving landscape maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all landscape enhancement needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities within the existing client base, leveraging industry knowledge and understanding of client needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication, project updates, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for new enhancement projects within the condominium portfolio.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless project execution, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred (but not required).
  • 3+ years of experience in the landscape industry, with a proven track record in client relationship management and/or sales.
  • Deep understanding of landscape enhancement services, materials, and techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about building strong client relationships.
  • Able to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $90,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities/commissions based on performance.
