As a key member of our team at Swift Placement & Consulting, this Regional Sales Manager will contribute to the company's success by overseeing territory sales managers and developing effective sales strategies. With a strong focus on customer relationships and account penetration, this role is ideal for individuals with experience in machine tool sales and a proven track record of sales achievement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Leading and mentoring territory sales managers
  • Fostering strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits
  • Increasing account penetration and expanding customer base

This role offers an attractive compensation package including commission and benefits. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently or within a team. Approximately 60% overnight travel is required for this position.
