Project Controls Coordinator Job Description

Skanska is seeking a skilled Project Controls Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Controls Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and managing project controls documents, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and distribute project controls documents to the project team
  • Supervise and direct planning and scheduling activities
  • Apply diversified controls, systems, principles, and practices to ensure project success
  • Work under direct supervision, gathering and distributing information
  • Supervise other administrative personnel related to Project Controls

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of heavy construction experience, including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and construction/engineering resolution
  • Experience working with self-perform labor component
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
