Job Overview

Project Coordination Specialist

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in essential aspects such as timelines, budgeting, quality assurance, safety protocols, and inclusivity efforts.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet objectives effectively.
  • Oversee Project Engineers and Assistant Project Engineers to ensure project achievements.
  • Contribute to project proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients and architectural/engineering firms.
  • Engage in contract discussions and negotiations.
  • Direct project operations to guarantee financial accountability and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong client and A/E relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the project team to manage schedules, quality, safety, and diversity initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving issues and providing project updates.
  • Coordinate with on-site labor, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and architects.
  • Oversee material management and ensure subcontractor adherence to standards.
  • Support financial management and subcontractor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.
  • Assist in quality control and diversity efforts.
  • Provide mentorship to Project Engineers and Field Engineers.
  • Commit to ongoing personal development in both technical and leadership capabilities.

Reports To:

  • Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Client Executive.
  • Collaborate with various team members throughout project phases.
