We are currently in search of a qualified Environmental Project Manager to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in environmental evaluations, remediation strategies, and brownfields redevelopment. This position entails overseeing diverse environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
  • Develop and manage remediation planning, design, and execution.
  • Oversee brownfields redevelopment initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental projects, including assessment and remediation activities.
  • Supervise all project phases, from initiation through to closure.
  • Ensure timely project completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Uphold high standards of technical design and quality assurance/control.
  • Foster business opportunities and cultivate client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, geology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; prior project management experience is essential.
  • OSHA HAZWOPER certification is required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), Licensed Site Professional (LSP), and/or Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) credentials are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or GIS is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and environmental compliance standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in business development and managing client relationships.
