Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Instawork. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with mid-enterprise light industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives at our target accounts
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the value and benefits of Instawork's solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, including pursuits with multiple buyers and stages
  • A proven track record of success, consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the light industrial market and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
