Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team at Instawork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with mid-enterprise light industrial organizations, driving revenue growth, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including solutions selling and challenger sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A competitive base salary of $80,000, with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $160,000
